ShoppingBank.com makes a Bee line for HoneyPotGifts

ShoppingBank.com always aims to bring you the best in retail offers, and to that end we are pleased to rerport that HoneyPotGifts have joined us.

HoneyPotGifts is a family business, started by Karen and Dave Petty in 2004 with the aim of offering greater choice and a more personal service than they themselves had experienced when internet shopping. From the start, they’ve prided themselves on selling quality products at realistic prices and providing a friendly and efficient service.  As Karen says, “People want to feel as though they’re getting value for money, being well treated is key to that value”. 

Four years later, having outgrown their home, HoneyPotGifts was relocated locally to a modern business unit, enabling them to offer an even wider range of giftware and ensuring that orders are processed and dispatched quickly, with higher than ever levels of customer satisfaction.

Karen and Dave are constantly on the lookout for great new gift ideas, personally selecting everything themselves by talking directly to manufacturers and suppliers.  This means that they get to touch and feel the products, compare qualities and prices, and ensure that customers only get the best that’s available.  Karen is keen on this and as she says, “HoneyPotGifts only sells gifts which we’d be happy to have in our own home, or give as gifts ourselves”.

Both Dave and Karen previously worked for international corporate businesses and see the change to running their own business as a lifestyle, it’s not just about running a business.  That’s why they see the quality of their gifts and the personal service that they offer as being so important.  When asked about the key aspects of the HoneyPotGifts experience, Dave said “It has to be easy to buy from us, the customer has to be happy with the choice of gifts available and with the service we offer in dispatching everything as promptly as possible.  Customers need to feel valued, exactly what we want when we go shopping”.

It’s difficult to beat as a goal, and we at ShoppingBank.com are certainly looking forward to helping them achieve it.
